Rides & transfers
Cancel free of charge until a driver is assigned. After driver assignment, the configured cancellation fee applies; after the driver has arrived, the fee plus applicable waiting charges apply. No-shows are charged the cancellation fee.
Chauffeur engagements
Hourly and daily engagements may be cancelled free of charge up to 12 hours before the start time; later cancellations incur the first-hour (hourly) or 25% (half/full-day) charge.
Airport pickups
We monitor flight numbers provided on the booking — delayed flights do not count as late cancellations.

Reply to your booking confirmation on WhatsApp or email, or contact info@kingdomdrive.online with your booking reference (KD-B-…).
Exact fee values follow the live pricing configuration and are always confirmed to you at booking time.
