Is the estimate the final price? The estimate is computed from our published pricing model (base fare, distance, time, vehicle category, airport/night factors, VAT). Operations confirm the final price before the trip — no hidden charges, ever.
How do I follow my booking? You receive WhatsApp and email updates at each stage, and your full history lives in My Bookings.
Investors & vehicle owners
How do I know my portal numbers are real? Every figure is the live sum of individual operational records — trips, expenses, payroll — each carrying who recorded it and when, protected by an append-only, hash-chained audit log. There is no mechanism to type a “result” into a dashboard.
Are returns guaranteed? No — and be cautious of anyone who says otherwise. You see actual performance; terms are governed by your executed agreement.
Investor vs vehicle owner? An investor funds a vehicle arrangement through Kingdom Drive; an owner places a vehicle they already own under our management. Both receive the full per-vehicle ledger.
Drivers
How is pay calculated? Salary, per-trip commission, incentives and any deductions are itemized per period in your portal — built from the same trip records shown in your performance view.
Data & privacy
Who sees my data? Only you and authorized operations staff. Stakeholder isolation is enforced at the data layer: no investor, owner, driver or customer can ever access another’s records. See our Privacy Policy.
