Kingdom Drive provides transportation services (rides, transfers, chauffeur, corporate) and fleet-management / vehicle-participation programs in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Website booking estimates are indicative; the final price is confirmed by our team before the trip.
Accounts
Stakeholder portal accounts are issued only after identity verification (KYC). You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. We may suspend accounts used unlawfully or in breach of these terms.
Participation programs
Investor and vehicle-owner participation is governed exclusively by individually executed agreements. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer of securities, a promise of returns, or financial advice. Portal figures are actual operational records, not projections.
Payments
Fares include VAT where applicable. Payroll and distributions are settled through bank transfer per the applicable agreement. See the Cancellation Policy for booking changes.
Liability
We operate with licensed drivers and insured vehicles. To the extent permitted by Saudi law, our liability for indirect or consequential loss is excluded; statutory passenger rights are unaffected.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
